1. “Waiting for collection from e-shop”
What it means:
The tracking number has been created, but the parcel has not yet been delivered to BOX NOW and has not been placed in a locker. This usually means that the sender has not yet deposited the parcel or that the deposit process has not been completed.
Action: The sender is expected to place the parcel in a locker.
2. “In delivery process”
What it means:
The parcel has been collected by BOX NOW and is on its way to the locker. This status appears while the parcel is being transported between sorting points or to the final locker.
Action: Track the shipment using the tracking number for updates on its progress.
Possible scenario: If the wrong locker size was selected and the parcel does not fit, the sender must contact BOX NOW so that the shipment can be upgraded to a larger locker and reactivated.
3. “Ready for pickup” or “Waiting for pickup”
What it means:
The parcel has been placed in the locker and a PIN has been sent to the recipient. From the moment this status appears, the parcel is available for pickup within the time limit set by BOX NOW.
Action:The recipient must use the PIN at the locker to collect the parcel.
Possible scenario 1: If the recipient has not received the PIN and the registered phone number is correct, they should contact BOX NOW. If the phone number is incorrect, they should send us via the contact form both the declared phone number and the correct one so that we can proceed with the correction.
Possible scenario 2: If the recipient selected a different pickup locker and the parcel was placed elsewhere, they should contact BOX NOW to arrange redirection.
4. “In delivery process – BOX NOW Warehouse”
What it means:
The parcel is at the BOX NOW warehouse and is awaiting transfer to the locker. This is an intermediate stage before final placement.
Action: Track the shipment using the tracking number for updates.
5. “Your parcel is in the locker”
What it means:
The parcel has been placed in the locker, but the recipient may not yet have received the PIN or the PIN delivery is still in progress.
Action: The recipient should wait to receive the PIN in order to collect the parcel. The pickup time window starts from the moment the PIN is sent.
6. “Delivered” or “Collected”
What it means:
The parcel has been successfully collected by the recipient using the PIN.
Action: No further action is required.
7. “Expired”
What it means:
The available pickup time from the locker has expired and the parcel is being returned to the sender. Pickup is no longer possible.
Action: Await completion of the return to the sender.
8. “Returned to sender”
What it means:
The return has been completed and the parcel has been returned to the sender, usually via placement in the original sending locker.
Action: The sender should wait to receive a PIN in order to collect the parcel.
9. “Cancelled”
What it means:
The shipment has been cancelled and the parcel will not proceed. The reason may be related to a technical issue, cancellation by the sender, or another operational reason by BOX NOW.
Action: Contact BOX NOW for clarification and instructions.
10. “Lost” (red indication)
What it means:
The parcel has been classified as lost by BOX NOW after completion of the relevant checks.
