For a successful listing, make sure your ad is well-structured, clear in the information it provides, and of course, appealing.
This means having clean photos of the item, an accurate and representative title and description, and a fair, attractive price.
Finally, all the above must follow our community transaction rules and comply with applicable laws.
Our platform’s quality control team reviews 100% of all published ads and, through the suggested modifications, aims to make the buying and selling process easier for our users.
For this reason, we have set specific rules and posting requirements that must be met in every listing.
For every pause we apply to an ad, you automatically receive a notification with the corresponding reason and instructions on how to resolve it.
You will also see this information within your ad management page, so you can take the necessary steps to get your listing published again.
Below, you will find a summary of all possible reasons why your ad may be paused or removed.

Removal reasons
Listings that do not comply with the Vendora Terms of Use or applicable legislation are removed from the platform immediately.
You will also receive an informational email when a listing is removed.
This applies in the following cases:
- The listing is a duplicate of an already published/hidden listing, or is a repost of a previously deleted listing.
- The listing contains one of the following prohibited items:
- Animal
- Ivory
- Digital product
- Illegal item (e.g. counterfeit products, medication, tobacco products, etc.)
- Hygiene-restricted items
- The listing is a request, exchange, or service.
- The listing does not meet Vendora’s quality standards.
- The required changes were not made.
- Your location is outside the supported geographic areas.
