Parcel shipping procedure

One of the advantages of the ” Buy via Vendora” service, is the integrated parcel shipment. Parcel delivery via the “Buy via Vendora” service takes place in the following cases:

  • After paying the buyer, where the seller will have to send the parcel to the buyer’s address.
  • If the buyer rejects the parcel within 2 days, they should send the parcel to the return address after the refund request has been approved by the seller.

Send a parcel

When it comes to sending a package through the “Buy via Vendora” service, the process remains consistent whether it’s for the initial purchase or a return. Here are the steps:

  1. You must send the package to the recipient’s address. You will need to prepay the shipping costs, which will be refunded to you upon completion of the transaction.
  2. Submit the tracking number of your parcel.

ATTENTION: Submit the tracking number of your parcel, otherwise the transaction will be canceled. You have 5 days to send the parcel to the recipient’s address and submit the tracking number of your parcel. We’ll let you know by email whenever there’s a development.

  • Do not send the parcel by cash on delivery.
  • Make sure you write down the tracking number and keep a shipping receipt for later, in case you need to.
  • We recommend that you take a picture of the item before sending it. You may be asked for some proof in case the transaction ends up in a dispute.
  • Use a box, not an envelope, to pack the item. Send the item as a package, not as a letter.
