To register or convert your account to a business account, you’ll need to complete our KYB (Know Your Business) verification process.
The required documents are:
For every business
- Proof of business registration issued by your national commercial/business registry, confirming the business’s legal status. The document must have been issued within the last 3 months.
- Valid identification document of the business owner or legal representative: a national ID card, national driving permit or passport.
For all businesses except sole traders
- Articles of Association (or equivalent constitutional document) of the business, in its most recent version, issued or updated within the last 3 months.
Document language requirements
We accept documents in the following languages:
Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
If a required document is issued in another language, you will need to provide a translation in English.
Please make sure that all documents are valid, legible, and up to date. Additional documents or information may be requested if needed to complete the verification process.
