Does Vendora ship to my country?

Yes. Vendora supports purchases and delivery to buyers in all European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

If your delivery address is within the EU, you can buy eligible items from sellers in other EU countries directly through Vendora.

Vendora arranges the international delivery process, and you can place the order, pay and follow its progress through the platform.

How do I know whether an item can be delivered to me?

Open the item and enter your delivery address during checkout. Vendora will show the delivery methods available to you.

If a delivery option appears, you can complete your purchase normally.

In some cases, delivery may not yet be enabled by seller for a particular item. If no option appears, contact the seller through Vendora and ask them to check the delivery methods available for the listing.

Do the seller and I need to use the same courier?

No. The seller may send your parcel using a courier that does not operate under the same name in your country.

During transit, the parcel may be handed over to a trusted local delivery partner. That partner will complete the delivery or take the parcel to the selected collection point.

How will I receive my parcel?

The available delivery method will be shown at checkout.

Depending on the service available for your order, the parcel may be:

  • delivered to your address, or
  • delivered to a pickup point.

While times vary by destination, most international shipments arrive within 5-14 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information and delivery updates.

You may be notified when your parcel:

  • is in transit;
  • has arrived in your country;
  • is out for delivery;
  • is ready for pickup; or
  • has been delivered.

Updates may be provided by Vendora, the courier that collected the parcel or the local delivery partner.
