Buyer instructions
- After selecting the “Buy Now” button, you will be taken to the checkout page, where you will need to select Speedy as the delivery method and fill in the requested shipping information.
- Next, you will be asked to select the Speedy branch that serves you for your pickups, which you can search for by address, region or ZIP code.
- Depending on the destination country, delivery may be made to a courier office or to a delivery address via Speedy or its partner courier network.
- When the package arrives at the desired Speedy branch, you will receive an update with information about its receipt.
- You will need to have the shipping code and some identification document with you.
Important: The package will remain available for pickup at the point of selection for 7 business days. If not picked up within this period, the package will be returned to the sender.

Seller instructions
Important: When entering the weight of the shipment in the ad, please note that Speedy calculates the shipping cost based on the volumetric weight, if this is higher than the actual weight. To avoid differences in shipping price, you can calculate the volumetric weight of the shipment in advance here.
Each shipment must be sent as a single parcel.
- Minimum parcel dimensions: 22.9 × 16.2 cm
- Maximum length (longest side): up to 175 cm
- Total dimensions (length + 2 × (width + height)) must not exceed 300 cm
- After payment is completed, as a seller, you receive the voucher and shipping information.
- Keep some photos or videos of the item and the package during packaging.
- You can deliver the package to any Speedy branch, showing the shipping voucher.
- You will be automatically notified once the buyer receives the item.

Important to know : In case of shipping abroad, you must have your ID with you. Make sure that the package does not exceed the weight you declared in the ad (the service applies to packages up to 20 kg).
*To ensure accurate shipping pricing and prevent delivery issues, you are required to provide the correct parcel weight and size when creating your listing and, in some cases, exact dimensions before shipment. Courier companies calculate shipping based on either actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher), according to their own policies.
Compensation, Damages & Losses
In case of damage or loss, the seller, as the owner of the item, needs to contact Speedy customer support to submit a compensation claim*.
It is recommended to contact support within 3 days from the delivery of the damaged item. In order for the claim to be reviewed, the seller will need to provide:
- Shipment number
- Photos and/or videos of the packaging
- Photos and/or videos of the item’s condition upon delivery
*Compensation does not exceed the amounts provided in Speedy’s General Terms and Conditions of Carriage. In case of damage, destruction, or loss of a shipment, the applicable compensation amounts to €7.67.
