Parcel shipping procedure

One of the advantages of the “Buy via Vendora” service is the guaranteed handling of parcel shipments.

After the buyer completes the payment – or in the case of a return – the sender is automatically informed of the required steps.
The shipping process may vary depending on the courier company selected for the shipment.

Important:
You have 5 days to ship the parcel.
If you choose a courier that does not provide a shipping label through Vendora, you must also submit the tracking number to avoid cancellation of the transaction.
Keep the proof of shipment in case it is needed.
We will notify you by email whenever there is an update.

  • Do not ship the parcel using cash-on-delivery.
  • Make sure you keep the tracking number.
  • You must take photos or a video of the item inside its packaging and the packaging from the outside before sending it. These may be requested if the transaction is disputed.
  • Use a box – not an envelope – to package the item. Send it as a parcel, not as a letter.

Changing the courier company

If the buyer has already paid for an order but wants to use a different courier, the seller must cancel the current order and start a new one, adding the preferred courier to the available shipping options.
Alternatively, the buyer may inform the seller of their preference, and the seller can send a new payment request (by selecting Start transaction in the chat) using the preferred courier.

Buyers making an offer or creating a bundle are advised to inform the seller of their preferred courier before the seller accepts the order.

Parcel tracking

With the tracking number, you can monitor the progress of your shipment depending on the courier company.
