One of the advantages of the ” Buy via Vendora” service, is the integrated parcel shipment. Parcel delivery via the “Buy via Vendora” service takes place in the following cases:
- After paying the buyer, where the seller will have to send the parcel to the buyer’s address.
- If the buyer rejects the parcel within 2 days, they should send the parcel to the return address after the refund request has been approved by the seller.
Send a parcel
When it comes to sending a package through the “Buy via Vendora” service, the process remains consistent whether it’s for the initial purchase or a return. Here are the steps:
- You must send the package to the recipient’s address. You will need to prepay the shipping costs, which will be refunded to you upon completion of the transaction.
- Submit the tracking number of your parcel.
ATTENTION: Submit the tracking number of your parcel, otherwise the transaction will be canceled. You have 5 days to send the parcel to the recipient’s address and submit the tracking number of your parcel. We’ll let you know by email whenever there’s a development.
- Do not send the parcel by cash on delivery.
- Make sure you write down the tracking number and keep a shipping receipt for later, in case you need to.
- We recommend that you take a picture of the item before sending it. You may be asked for some proof in case the transaction ends up in a dispute.
- Use a box, not an envelope, to pack the item. Send the item as a package, not as a letter.
