Is it legal to resell used items?
Yes.
Persons who occasionally and not systematically sell objects that came to them for reasons unrelated to their professional activity (inheritance, purchase for personal use without the intention of resale, etc.) and in a manner that does not constitute a branch of professional activity, are not considered to be acting for the specific sale in the capacity of a professional (see article 2, topic 42 in the book by Dim. Stamatopoulos “Analysis and interpretation of the Commercial Code”).
Where will my ad appear?
Each ad appears:
- on the page of the category to which the item belongs
- in search results when someone searches for ads with keywords that are in your ad text
- in the “users also viewed” field located on each page of a related ad
- in the “ads from the same seller” field on the page of the ads you have uploaded in total
- on the home page based on the posting date and the “commerciality” of the ad on the platform
- In addition, we constantly advertise on Facebook / Instagram and Google not only for Vendora but also for specific ads like yours!
If you do not wish your ad to appear on Facebook, then send us an email at support@vendora.gr or a message on Facebook with the link to your ad, informing us accordingly.
My ad was removed or is inactive.
You will be notified via email of any action taken on your listing.
If your listing was removed, one of the following has occurred:
- The ad contains an item that is prohibited on our page (see which items are not allowed on our page here ).
- It has been more than 120 days since your last activity on our platform.
- You did not make the changes we requested during quality control.
If your listing is inactive , it is because 60 days have passed since your last activity. To re-post your listings and continue selling, all you need to do is log in to Vendora. If 120 days have passed since your last activity on our platform, your listings will be permanently deleted .
How will I know if someone is interested in my ad?
When someone is interested in your ad and contacts you, you will receive a message on our platform. You will also receive a notification on the email address you used to register on our platform (e.g. Hotmail, Gmail, etc.).
The message can be either a text written by the interested buyer or an offer made.
Can I combine multiple items in one transaction?
Yes, you can. You should guide the buyer to proceed with creating a package , selecting the items they are interested in from your profile.
