Can international buyers purchase my items on Vendora?
Yes! Once you enable an integrated courier that supports international shipping, your items become purchasable abroad.
2. Which buyers can order from me?
Buyers can place an order through Geniki Taxydromiki if they live in:
- Austria
- Belgium
- Croatia
- Czech Republic
- Denmark
- Estonia
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Hungary
- Italy
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Luxembourg
- Poland
- Portugal
- Slovakia
- Slovenia
- Spain
- Sweden
- The Netherlands
Buyers can place an order through Speedy if they live in:
- Croatia
- Czech Republic
- Hungary
- Poland
- Romania
- Slovakia
- Slovenia
Once enabled, eligible buyers will immediately be able to purchase. Make sure you have correctly specified the weight of your parcel in your listing so that the buyer’s shipping cost is calculated accurately.
How will international buyers receive their parcel?
International buyers do not need to have Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedy in their country.
The courier will automatically hand over the parcel to a local trusted partner in the buyer’s country.
- We cannot specify the exact partner used per country
- Tracking will continue updating as normal
- Buyers will receive courier notifications when the parcel is out for delivery, available for pickup, or delivered.
No additional action is required from you.
A buyer located abroad cannot complete the checkout. What should I do?
Enable international shipping:
- Edit your listing
- Turn on Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedy
- Save changes
Buyers can now directly purchase your item.
Do I receive a shipping voucher?
Yes – Vendora automatically generates the correct voucher once the order is placed and guides you through the process. The process is exactly the same as for the rest of the parcels.
Packaging international shipments
Proper, sturdy packaging is essential for international deliveries, as parcels are handled more frequently during transit. Sellers must ensure items are well-protected and avoid using inadequate materials (for example, simple paper bags).
For Geniki Taxydromiki:
- Maximum dimension per parcel is up to 150 cm, and the girth is up to 300 cm.
- The shipping weight is calculated either by actual weight or by volumetric weight whatever is bigger.

For Speedy:
- Shipment parameters single package up to 31.5 kg.
- Maximum length (largest package size) is up to 175 cm length and 300 cm width.
- The shipping weight is calculated either by actual weight or by volumetric weight. You can calculate it using the Speedy calculator on their website: https://services.speedy.bg/calculate/?language=En
Please pack securely and follow the courier’s packaging guidelines. Insufficient packaging may affect courier compensation.
