How do I create a bundle?
You can create a bundle in two ways:
From a seller’s profile:
- Visit the seller’s profile.
- Tap the “+” button on the items you want to add.
- Once you’ve selected your items, tap “Create bundle” to continue and submit your offer.
From an item page:
- Open an item you’re interested in.
- Tap “Create bundle”.
- Add more items from the same seller using the “+” button.
- Tap “Create bundle” to continue and submit your offer.
Once the seller accepts your offer, they will select a delivery method so you can proceed with payment.
What are the benefits of bundling? Bundling can reduce listing costs, shipping costs, and simplify the purchasing process.
By creating a bundling, you ensure a total shipment, saving on shipping, and you can negotiate a better final price if you buy multiple items from the same seller.
How are packages delivered? When creating a package, make sure it can be shipped by any courier company. The seller will accept the offer if the package can be shipped. If not, they may offer an appointment for personal pickup.
Can I add items after creating a package? No, but you can cancel the offer and create a new package.
What happens if my offer is rejected? You can submit a new offer or purchase the items individually. The seller can also counteroffer to your offer.
How do I return items in a package? Returns are processed in the same manner as individual items. Please contact the seller to arrange the return and refer to Vendora’s return policy.
