DPD Croatia provides tracked delivery for eligible Vendora orders sent from Croatia.
Within Croatia, parcels are delivered from one DPD Pickup location to another. For supported European destinations, delivery may be available to a DPD Pickup location or the buyer’s address, depending on the route, parcel size and options available at checkout.
Buyer instructions
When a seller has DPD Croatia enabled, buyers can choose it as the delivery method during checkout.
The delivery options shown at checkout depend on the destination and parcel size. For some international orders, buyers may be able to choose between delivery to a DPD Pickup location and delivery to their address.
DPD sends delivery or collection updates by Viber, SMS or email. You can also follow the order in Vendora.
Once the transaction is accepted, the seller receives the shipping instructions and prepares the parcel.
Seller instructions
After the buyer completes payment, the seller is notified to proceed with shipping.
From the transaction page, select Instructions & Shipping and follow the steps shown there.
• Use only the shipping label generated by Vendora for that order. Print and attach the label flat on the largest side of the parcel.
• Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes. Do not change the delivery address or add a second transport label.
• Drop off the parcel at the DPD Pickup location shown in the order instructions.
• After DPD records the first physical scan, tracking becomes active and Vendora updates the order automatically. No manual shipping-status update is needed.
Package limits & dimensions
Each shipment may contain one parcel with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
DPD Croatia may be available for all Vendora parcel sizes, including XL. However, the supported delivery options depend on the parcel size, route and selected Pickup location. Some international Pickup deliveries may not support XL parcels, in which case home delivery may be offered instead.
For routes that support larger parcels:
• Maximum side length: 175 cm.
• Maximum dimensions rule: 300 cm.
• Maximum dimensions rule: longest side + (2 × width) + (2 × height).
Pickup locations and lockers may apply smaller limits. Always use the parcel size and delivery option shown in Vendora for the specific order.
Measure and weigh the parcel after all protective packaging has been added.
Delivery details & important notes
Within Croatia, parcels are delivered to the DPD Pickup location selected for the order. International parcels may be delivered to a Pickup location or the buyer’s address, depending on the available option selected at checkout.
Delivery commonly takes 3-5 working days within Croatia and 5–15 working days internationally. Deliveries to islands, remote areas or during busy periods may take longer.
For parcels delivered to a DPD Croatia Pickup location, collection is normally required within 3 calendar days. Locker parcels are normally available for 72 hours. International collection deadlines may vary, so always follow the deadline in the DPD notification.
• After the first DPD scan, Vendora updates the shipping status automatically.
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, follow the instructions and collection deadline shown in the courier tracking or notification.
Packaging responsibility
The seller is responsible for packaging the shipment. Proper packaging is essential to protect the parcel during transport, and inadequate packaging can affect a damage claim.
• Use a rigid, undamaged outer box suitable for the item’s weight.
• Wrap items separately, protect corners and fragile parts, and fill empty space so the contents cannot move.
• Seal every opening and seam with strong parcel tape. A Fragile label does not replace protective packaging.
• Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes.
• Place the Vendora shipping label flat on the largest side without covering a seam or folding it around an edge.
Tracking your parcel
Both buyers and sellers can follow the shipment from Profile → Transactions → Order details.
The parcel can also be tracked on the official DPD tracking page:
https://www.dpd.com/hr/en/receiving-parcels/parcel-tracking
Tracking may remain at “label created” until DPD records the first physical scan.
Damaged or lost shipments
First, report the problem through Profile → Transactions → Order details. For damage or missing contents, the buyer must report it before approving the order and within 48 hours of delivery.
Visible damage or missing contents should be reported as soon as possible, preferably on the day of delivery, as DPD may require prompt notification.
Then contact Vendora Support and provide the requested evidence. Keep the parcel, all packaging and the shipping label until the case is closed.
Damage and loss: Contact Vendora within 2 days of delivery. Send photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, damaged item and shipping label or proof of drop-off.
Delivered but not received: Contact Vendora within 2 days after the last tracking scan. A legally binding non-receipt declaration may be requested.
Maximum compensation: up to €520 per parcel under DPD’s standard cover. The final amount depends on the item’s proven value, eligibility, evidence provided and DPD’s applicable terms.
For Vendora’s general evidence and transport-damage process, see the Return Policy.
Prohibited items
Do not send live animals or plants, firearms or ammunition, explosives, dangerous or illegal goods, cash or securities, human remains, temperature-sensitive or perishable goods, medicines or needles.
DPD Croatia also excludes or restricts certain valuable or fragile goods, including precious metals or stones, jewellery, watches, artwork, antiques, glass, porcelain, batteries and items requiring special packaging or insurance.
Some electronics, furniture and fragile items may only be accepted when they meet DPD’s specific packaging requirements.
This list is not exhaustive. The item must also comply with Vendora’s rules, the carrier’s current terms, and the laws of the origin and destination countries. If an item requires a special dangerous-goods, temperature-controlled, age-verified, insured or other specialist service, it cannot be sent with a standard Vendora label.
