Return Policy

Our platform policies and rules are designed to create a safe community with fair rules for both sellers and buyers.

One of the advantages of the “Buy through Vendora” service is the ability to return parcels and refund the payment in case of a problem with the item.

Important: In case of returning an item, you should contact customer service for guidance on the steps to follow. Regarding BOX NOW returns, the purchase of return vouchers through our platform is not available, so you should contact customer service for further information.

Transaction with parcel shipping

If you are a buyer and receive an item through this service, you can request a refund if the item you received:

  • differs significantly from the description in the ad
  • is not in the condition indicated in the ad

Example:
If you receive a parcel with a mobile phone through the “Buy via Vendora” service where the ad states that it is new, then the following applies:

  • You can request a return if there are signs of damage, for example if there is a scratch on the screen.
  • You can request a return if the mobile phone is proven to be a counterfeit. In such cases, Vendora may ask you to report the incident to the authorities.
  • You can’t ask for a refund if you finally changed your mind or if you don’t like it in appearance.

The seller, if they choose to, can accept a return of an item that does not meet the terms of our policy, solely at their own discretion. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend sellers read the parcel shipping instructions to have the proof they need in case a transaction is called into question.

Transaction by meeting in person

If a transaction is done by meeting in person, the buyer has 30 minutes to inspect the item and approve or reject it.

If the buyer approves the item, the seller delivers the item. Before the buyer approves the purchase, they must ensure that the item is as described in the ad. Once approved, there is no possibility of return.

If the buyer finds a problem with the item, they can click “Decline” to initiate a refund.
