How do reviews work on Vendora?
After a transaction is completed, both buyers and sellers can leave feedback:
- Give a rating from 1 to 5 stars (5 is the best).
- Select predefined positive or negative traits to describe your experience.
- You don’t have to write anything – it’s a quick and simple process!
Once both buyer and seller submit their reviews, they are shared with the other party.
If one of them does not leave a review within 7 days, a 5-star review is automatically posted on their behalf.
Where do reviews appear?
Reviews appear:
- On the seller’s profile page.
- On the seller’s listing page, under the seller’s name.
- In the chat, next to the seller’s name during transactions.
What if I don’t leave a review?
If you don’t submit a review, a 5-star review will be published automatically.
Can I edit my review later?
No, reviews are final and cannot be changed, so think carefully before submitting and remember to stay polite!
