Vendora’s Buyer Protection ensures that all transactions on the platform are safe. It builds trust between buyers and sellers by protecting every purchase made through the platform. We also carefully review all listings to make sure they follow our rules, and we do not allow illegal items.
What does Buyer Protection cover?
Buyer Protection applies to all transactions completed exclusively through Vendora’s payment system and delivery tracking. According to our policy, all transactions on the platform must take place through Vendora’s system, ensuring protection for both buyers and sellers throughout the process.
For Buyers:
Your payment is held securely until you receive and approve the item.
If something goes wrong, you can request a refund.
For Sellers:
Your payment is released once the buyer receives and approves the item.
If an issue arises, the Vendora team will intervene to help resolve it.
