General chat questions

How do I see messages and unread messages?
First, sign in to your account. Tap “Messages” to see all your conversations. Unread messages appear in bold with a dot.

How do I know if my message was sent or read?

  • Once you send it, you will see the date and time below the message. 
  • When the recipient reads it, a ✓ appears below your message.

How do I know if the user will respond?
Under their name, the indication “Active” appears with the date they last visited Vendora, to give you an idea of ​​their activity.

How do I send photos in a chat?
In the message bar, tap the photo icon to attach and send images.

How do I track my transaction within the chat?
If you have initiated a transaction, you will see the “View transaction” button in the chat. If you click it, you will see the details and current status.

How do I delete a conversation?
Open the conversation, tap the ⓘ icon, and select “Leave conversation.” This deletes the conversation for you and stops further messaging.
(Note: The other user can start a new conversation if they want.)

How do I block or report a user?
Open the conversation, tap the ⓘ icon, and select “Block user” or “Report conversation.”

  • Block user : They will not be able to message you again or make any transactions.
  • Chat Report : Our team will review the case and take the necessary measures.

Can I unblock someone?
Yes. Log in, go to “My account” and remove them from your “Blocked users” list.
