Detailed instructions on how to upload your ad.
Then fill in the following fields:
1. What do you want to sell: Choose a title for your ad and upload photos. Upload the most beautiful and clear photos. (Minimum size 600 x 600 pixels). More photos show a better view of your items (up to 12 photos).
2. Category: Based on the ad title and photos, we will suggest some categories for you. Choose one of the suggested categories or click ‘Select manually’ at the bottom of the window.
3. Details. Write as much information and interesting details as you can. A complete description is a prerequisite for a successful sale.
4. Price. Set the selling price. Try to find a price that will be attractive.
5. How will you deliver your item?
- Ship anywhere: For items that can be shipped as a parcel.
Ship your item as a parcel. The buyer will pay instantly electronically, using Vendora’s security. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Learn more. - Pickup by appointment: For large and fragile items.
Secure prepayment. The buyer will pay immediately electronically, using Vendora’s security. Learn more.
6. Contact information. Fill in your contact information, your address and click the “Post ad” button. We will not share your exact address with anyone. If you do not want to fill in the exact address, fill in only the street without the number.
After you click “Post an ad”, your ad is published on our page and a message appears that your ad has been published!
* If your item meets the weight and dimensions requirements, you will be given the opportunity to activate the Box Now shipping option .
Tip: Selling more than one piece of the same product?
Use the In Stock option when posting your listing. This way, buyers will see that you have more pieces, without having to create separate listings.
* Use this feature only if you truly have multiple pieces available.
I can’t find the category.
If your item does not fit into one of the existing categories, you can upload your ad to the “Other” category and then inform us via email or Facebook message.
When there is high demand for a category, we create new categories and automatically move the relevant ads to where they should be!
I can’t upload photos.
Each photo you upload to your ad must have a minimum resolution of 600 x 600 pixels and a maximum of 10,000 x 10,000 pixels because photos with a lower resolution will not display correctly on our platform. By right-clicking (properties) on your photo you will see its resolution.
Change photo resolution.
First, make sure you are not saving the photos through Facebook, as Facebook greatly reduces the image resolution.
If the resolution still does not match the minimum resolution required (600 x 600 pixels), then we hope that you can either find similar photos with a higher resolution or take new ones without reducing them when saving them to have the best possible appearance and high definition of your objects.
Can I use the sample photos of the product I’m selling?
Yes!
However, we recommend that you don’t use standard stock photos, but take your own photos that clearly show the product you’re offering. Use 3 or more photos (up to 12), showing the product from each side. Potential buyers want to be able to see the condition of the product.
Can I upload screenshots?
No.
The reason is that the product will not look good enough for us to advertise your ad and so our quality control department will reject your ad.
Is it allowed to sell a “package” of items?
Yes! As long as you sell items that fall into the same product category and the price is one (that of the “package”).
