With our “Buy via Vendora” service, Vendora guarantees the safe shipment of products and the security of payments. Through this service, Vendora acts as an intermediary to safeguard both sides, eliminating any fraud and malicious actions.
Read below how ‘Buy via Vendora’ works with parcel shipping if you are a seller.
1. Post an ad
When you place an ad and select ‘All Greece ‘ on where you want to sell, the ad will be available for shipping all over Greece. This option is suitable for items that can be sent as a parcel (up to 25 kg).

2. Payment of the buyer
After posting your ad, buyers will be able to make a payment in a few clicks. You will receive automatic notifications when the payment is made. After receiving the payment, it’s important to accept the transaction within 2 days.
Alternatively, you can initiate a payment request to the buyer. In the chat, click on the ‘Request payment’ button. Enter the agreed-upon item price with the buyer in the first step and select ‘Shipping’ as the delivery method in the next step.

- View the summary to make sure the information you entered is correct, and complete the payment request.
Once the payment request is submitted, the buyer will receive an automatic notification and has 3 days to complete the payment or decline it. You will be kept informed about the status of your payment request.
3. Send the parcel
Upon accepting the transaction, it’s time to send the parcel to the buyer’s provided address. Once the buyer’s payment has been processed, you’ll receive automatic notifications to proceed with shipping.. Read more about parcel shipping.
ATTENTION: You have a 5-day window to dispatch the parcel to the buyer’s address; failing to do so will trigger an automatic refund to the buyer, resulting in the cancellation of this transaction.
4. Approval or rejection by the buyer
After the parcel is delivered to the buyer, they will be asked to approve it within 2 days.
4.1 Item approval
If the buyer approves the purchase, you receive the payment and the transaction ends. In case the buyer does not take any action upon delivery, you receive the payment automatically.
4.2 Item rejection
If the buyer rejects the purchase, you have the option to either accept or decline the buyer’s return request. Once the buyer sends the package to your return address and you receive it, you’ll have 3 days to inspect the item’s condition and decide whether to approve or reject the return. If you approve the return, the payment will be refunded to the buyer.
If you encounter any issues with the return parcel, you can choose to decline it, prompting a dispute. A Vendora mediator will intervene to address the matter and facilitate the necessary refunds.
5. Transaction is over, time to review the buyer.
Both you and the buyer will have the opportunity to rate each other regarding this transaction, and your reviews will be visible on your profiles.

6. Amount is transferred to your Vendora Wallet
The amount from your sale will be transferred to your Vendora wallet.
You can use your balance to buy something through Vendora or to boost one of your items. Read more here.
